Terms of service

1. Introduction and acceptance Welcome to Fiorisci. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern the purchase of products on the website fiorisci.online (the "Site"), operated by Fiorisci ("we", "us"). By placing an order, the customer ("you") declares that they have read and fully accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The seller Products are sold by Fiorisci, with registered office at Piazza Palermo 36 R, 16129 Genoa (GE), Italy, VAT no. 03082510995, email info@fiorisci.online, telephone +39 352 0993616. Full details are set out in the Legal Notice.

3. Products We sell fresh flowers, bouquets and floral arrangements. As these are natural products, the colour, shape, size and type of flowers may differ slightly from the images, which are for illustrative purposes only. If one or more flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to replace them with flowers of equivalent value and quality, keeping the style of the arrangement.

4. Prices All prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT. Any delivery costs are indicated separately at checkout. The price applied is the one in force at the time the order is placed, as shown in the order confirmation email.

5. Order and conclusion of the contract By placing an order you make a purchase proposal. The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email. We reserve the right not to accept or to cancel orders in the event of product unavailability, pricing errors or inability to deliver to the indicated area; in such cases we will fully refund any amount already paid.

6. Payments Payment is made at the time of the order via the methods shown at checkout (credit/debit cards and other available methods). Transactions are securely handled by the relevant payment service providers; Fiorisci does not store full card details.

7. Shipping, delivery and risk Deliveries are made in accordance with the Shipping and Delivery Policy. We operate in Genoa and the surrounding municipalities. The delivery times indicated are estimates. The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery, when you or a third party designated by you take physical possession of the goods.

8. Right of withdrawal As the goods are rapidly perishable and/or personalised, the products are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letters c) and d) of the Italian Consumer Code. Further details are provided in the Return and Refund Policy.

9. Damaged or non-conforming products In the event of a damaged, deteriorated or non-conforming product, the provisions of the Return and Refund Policy apply (report within 24 hours with photographs; replacement or refund). The consumer's rights under the statutory guarantee of conformity remain unaffected.

10. Intellectual property All content on the Site — the brand, logo, text, images, photographs of the arrangements, graphic elements and their arrangement — is owned by Fiorisci or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use such content without our prior written consent.

11. Errors and inaccuracies Information on the Site may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies regarding descriptions, prices or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to amend the information or cancel the affected orders, even after the order has been placed, with a full refund.

12. Relationship with Shopify Fiorisci is supported by the Shopify platform, which enables us to provide the Services. All sales and purchases are made directly with Fiorisci. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Fiorisci.

13. Personal data The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law and place of jurisdiction These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute with a consumer, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy, shall have exclusive jurisdiction. The right to refer disputes to the mediation and conciliation bodies provided for by current legislation (e.g. at the Chambers of Commerce) remains unaffected.

15. Amendments We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on this page. The Terms in force at the time of the order apply.
