Shipping policy
Fiorisci delivers fresh flowers and floral arrangements to Genoa and the surrounding municipalities.
Delivery area We deliver in Genoa and nearby locations. If you are not sure whether your address falls within our delivery area, please contact us before placing your order at info@fiorisci.online.
Delivery times
- We deliver Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 to 19:30 (closed on Sundays).
- Same-day delivery for orders received by 17:00; orders received later are delivered the following day.
- During checkout you can indicate your preferred delivery date.
Delivery costs Delivery costs €10 for all deliveries in Genoa and the surrounding municipalities. The amount is shown at checkout.
Address and recipient To ensure correct delivery, please provide a complete address and a telephone contact for the recipient. If the recipient is absent, we will try to contact them by phone to arrange a new delivery or delivery to a neighbour/concierge. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Flower care Our flowers are prepared with care shortly before delivery. To keep them fresh for longer, we recommend changing the water regularly and keeping them away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
