Refund policy
At Fiorisci we are committed to delivering fresh flowers and carefully crafted arrangements. Given the particular nature of our products, please read the following conditions carefully.
Right of withdrawal — exclusion for perishable products Fresh flowers, bouquets and floral arrangements are rapidly perishable goods and, in many cases, made to order or personalised according to your request. For this reason, pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letters c) and d) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), these products are excluded from the right of withdrawal that normally applies to online purchases. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept that it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal (a "change-of-mind return") for these items.
Damaged, deteriorated or incorrect products Your satisfaction remains our priority. If, on delivery, a product arrives damaged, deteriorated or not matching your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@fiorisci.online, attaching one or more photographs of the product received. Once we have verified the report, we will — at your choice and where possible — provide a free replacement of the product or a refund of the amount paid.
This guarantee does not apply to:
- the natural variation in colour, shape or availability of the flowers, which may differ slightly from the illustrative images;
- the normal opening or slight wilting due to the passing of time after delivery;
- damage resulting from improper care after receipt (e.g. lack of water, exposure to heat sources or direct light).
Order cancellation You may request cancellation of your order, with a full refund, before preparation and dispatch have begun. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible at info@fiorisci.online. Once preparation of the product has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Refund method and timing Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of confirmation of the refund. The time for the amount to appear may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
