By using fiorisci.online you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Service

Fiorisci Floral Boutique sells handcrafted floral arrangements with pickup at Piazza Sarzano, Genoa, or delivery to listed zones. Minimum order €25. Orders must be placed at least 4 hours in advance.

Payment

Payment is exclusively in cash at the time of delivery or pickup. Credit cards and digital payments are not accepted.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery. Orders already in preparation cannot be cancelled.

Liability

We are committed to delivering high-quality arrangements. In case of a defective product, contact us within 24 hours. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.
